This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:

Hugging this character: Yes
Kissing this character: Yes
Flirting with this character: Yes
Fighting with this character: Yes
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes. Discuss this with me beforehand, obv. but I love tormenting my characters and if it's reasonable within the limits of the thread I'll be pretty cool with severe injuries.
Killing this character: Pretty much the same as above. I don't want Kaito to die all the time, but if it'll be effective in the game, I'm for it.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes. He's got some pretty strong secrets of his own, but they probably won't mean a whole lot to anyone not from his canon. If you want to poke at his head, just let me know and I can tell you what they'll see.

Warnings: Not a whole lot to warn from this guy, but you may be the victim of a doppelganger if he needs a quick disguise. If for whatever reason you don't want him to use your character as a disguise (it will be discussed with you before hand if he even wants to) just let me know. He's proficient at vocal manipulation (changing and throwing his voice) and mimicking not only appearance but personality with enough time to study the subject. In canon he can fool friends with enough time to learn a person, or without that just use a disguise for quick access to places. I don't know how effective that'll be in game, but that's the main thing he might do to others.

You may also find yourself the victim of random pickpocketing or magic trick trolling. Other than that, he's not exactly dangerous or malicious.
